I need to find a full proof diet to remove the excess fat around the abdominal area fasting type diet?
- fasting diet is not going to work but exercising is good though if ur into fast food try eating once a week, but exercise after jog in the morning run at afternoon and walk at night 2 miles eat salad with little dressing in between try that
- Actually, exercise is more important. Try signing up at a gym, or doing abdominal exercises at home ab crunches and other exercises. Try googling that, or asking your friends. Also, start jogging and other physical activities to increase your metabolism. Personally, I do not think there is such a thing as a "fool proof" diet. Different things work for different people.
