- well im not overweight but the best diet is known eat healthy food and normal food regular that means breakfast, lunch, super and a snack between lunch and super should only be fruit and thats it no more food the rest of the day and one more thing do not forget to exercise every single day for one hour and in notime you will notice a difference, this is the best way cause all the other diets you get on it lose waight and then you get off it and gain youre weight back, but this lifestyle you keep it cause its normal, goodluck man!
